Job Description:

  • Embody Mapsted culture and champion it both internally and externally.
  • Deliver a world-class recruiting experience to all candidates.
  • Responsible for supporting hiring managers with recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, working with administrative assistants, and hosting candidates when they come onsite.
  • Set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
  • Assist with other recruiting activities as needed by the organization.


  • 6+ years total experience in recruiting with a minimum of 3 years as an in-house Technical Recruiter
  • A blend of agency and in-house experience preferred
  • 1+ year people management experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of Canada and Ontario laws pertaining to recruiting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong empathy towards candidates
  • A winning mindset - you will work your hardest and do what’s right to get each role filled
  • Honesty, humility and a team mentality
